Taylor has been with Farrell's as an Instructor and Coach since the Summer of 2020. She is a Certified Yoga Instructor focused on recovery and mobility from beginner to advanced practices and has been training in the fitness industry for 9 years. Being athelete from body building, functional training to crossfit and loves to train outdoors. There is nothing we can't do. It's all about pushing the limits to being our best selves day in and day out. Being a advocate for Holistic Wellness and Plant Based Nutrition she applies this practices to all areas of her life to help performance and recovery.
