Lizbeth "Liz"

Liz started training with Farrell's at the park during Fxb Spring's early opening stages and joined officially soon after.  In her mind, she knew everything there is to working out however she noticed that she was not losing weight or gaining muscle and that's when she decided and give Farrell's a real shot, within the first 10 weeks she starting seeing a difference. She lost inches and gained muscle. Liz has been a member at many gyms around the area, but she believes Farrell's is just different. It's a community built on positivity, motivation, and self-growth. Liz loved the program so much, she decided to help others achieve their goals and became a strength training Instructor. Liz became an Instructor in October of '21 and teaches both upper and lower body strength training classes. Liz's classes are interactive with high energy and bumpin' music. When you take a class with Liz, your muscles are sure to GROW! 

When not working out, Liz works from home, she also takes care and spend good time with her husband, 2 children, and a GoldenDoodle that is like her third kid.
